Know which workspace your role can access

Role boundaries

• Customers use /dashboard to manage their own account, senders, conversations, contacts, campaigns, templates, Flows, integrations, API keys, settings, and billing.
• Resellers use /reseller to manage customers, earnings, and branding allowed for their partner account. They do not receive customer workspace controls merely by opening a customer URL.
• Administrators use /admin for platform operations, support, governance, billing review, and the protected documentation CMS.
• Public readers receive public documentation only. Signed-in readers can additionally receive articles assigned to their role audience.

Workspace permissions

Authentication establishes the user identity; the server then resolves the stored profile and role before returning protected data or mutations. A visible URL or copied link does not grant access to another role or account.

When access is missing

• Confirm that you signed in with the intended email address.
• Ask an account owner or platform administrator to verify your stored role and account membership.
• If the customer plan expired, open Billing to review renewal options; Documentation remains available during recovery.
• Do not share sessions, passwords, API keys, or one-time codes to work around a permission error.
